Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our schedule that could have been filled by another patient. This policy isn't in place to penalize you, but instead to protect our time. As an appointment-based business, no-shows and late cancellations effect our income. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This cancellation policy is firm. Your credit card will be automatically charged. Less than 24 hours= $50.00 fee. No Show or 6 hours or less = $100.00 fee. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

Botox touch-ups are available 2–4 weeks following your original treatment.

This timeframe is intentional. Botox takes time to fully take effect, and the 2–4 week mark allows us to properly assess your results, muscle movement, symmetry, and whether a small adjustment is clinically appropriate.

Touch-ups must be completed within 4 weeks of your original treatment.

After the 4-week mark, the touch-up window is considered closed. Any concerns or requests for additional treatment after this timeframe will be assessed as a new treatment, rather than a complimentary touch-up, and regular treatment fees will apply.

Please do not wait several weeks or months to contact us regarding a result and expect it to qualify as a touch-up. As Botox naturally begins to change over time, it becomes difficult to accurately determine whether additional product is correcting the original treatment or simply treating movement that has returned.

This policy applies consistently to all clients so that results can be assessed fairly, accurately, and within the appropriate treatment timeframe.
